The hotel is located in a very nice area in Hamburg, just by the beautiful Lake Alster where you can enjoy a lovely walk in the park. It is conveniently situated next to the Rathaus main square and the US consulate, making it a great choice for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and efficient, offering excellent service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. the hotel boasts facilities such as a gym, pool, and bar, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay.

The prices may be slightly on the higher side compared to other similar hotels in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bar on site were amazing and it's located right next to Alster Lake, which is beautiful on it's own. Comfortable room, great showers, overall a wonderful experience.

We were happy to explore hamburger kunsthalle, set within 15 minutes’ walk. Great nearby places include kemp's english pub, we usually had drinks there: )

Stayed here for Easter and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and close to public transport. The breakfast was decent and there was a nice selection of food.

The rooms were not very clean and there were crumbs and stains on the carpet. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests.

Nice small swiming pool, sauna and gym. I used every morning. Sauna is chargeable though. Swiming pool and gym are for free.

Only one thing - on my departure I was shown a smaller bill but a few minutes later after I paid I was given a new bill with the bigger amount. The rate of the rooms turns out higher. Not very nice thing even if hotel staff is right.

Breakfast was good. This was the only thing I liked abt tis hotel....

No wifi in the room, wifi spot only in hotel lobby nt even in the cafe! The speed was extremely slow n always disconnected!

The friendly and warm service provided by the staff was exceptional. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions of the city.

The toilets did not flush properly, causing inconvenience for guests. The TV set did not switch off completely, and the illuminated clock disturbed sleep.

Affordable luxury in a very quiet and green environment at the Alster lake, still within walking distance from downtown Hamburg

The breakfast was extraordinarily expensive (26 Euro) this is more than the price of lunch and more than a business lunch (at 19 Euro).

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were amazing and added to our relaxing experience. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of options and the restaurant had delicious food. Our room was spacious and had private facilities that were exclusive to the room type, making us feel like VIPs.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, a bit far from the city center and attractions, but the hotel provided shuttle services and public transportation made it manageable.

The hotel is really dated and needs renovation. We booked it anyway, for the good price and since it advertised sauna facilities. However, in the wellness center we realized that they charge 30 Euros extra for two for using the sauna - we felt cheated!
